Select which local subcontractors you will use, oversee the work that they do. Arrange your own building permits and inspections.

We have developed a complete Do It Yourself (DIY) guide and training program. Once you complete the program, you will be aware of all the stages of construction of your new home from start to finish. You will learn how to interview a subcontractor, and how to know that the right materials are going into your new home. Our course is run over a weekend, and your course fee is deductible from your purchase cost.
